Menu Vegetariano disponível no Hard Rock Cafe – Porto

PORTO, PORTUGAL, 2 de outubro de 2017 – Pelo terceiro ano consecutivo, o Hard Rock lança novas ofertas no menu vegetariano, por tempo limitado, mesmo a tempo da celebração do Mês da Consciêncialização Vegetariana.

A partir da próxima segunda-feira, 2 de outubro, e até domingo, 12 de novembro, o Hard Rock Café Porto ampliará o seu lendário menu com novos pratos vegetarianos. Os menus novos incluem batatas fritas picantes, Black Bean Tacos com feijão preto picante, guacamole, uma tigela de arroz integral, quinoa e tofu com limão, chipotle e Tempero Southwest, uma refrescante salada de Quinoa e Couves de Bruxelas, e ainda uma Quesadilla Picante de Hummus.

Estamos empenhados em oferecer aos nossos clientes comida deliciosa, e com o sucesso das opções vegetarianas no ano passado, decidimos expandir o nosso menu especial com novas ofertas culinárias, que irão com certeza agradar a uma grande variedade de paladares”, afirmou Aníbal Fernandez, Vice-Presidente de Operações de Franquias da Hard Rock International. “Este ano, alguns dos pratos favoritos voltaram ao menu, além de novos itens que apresentam combinações únicas de sabor e ingredientes frescos.

Os novos menus sem carne do Hard Rock Café Porto, abrangem os sabores da cozinha clássica e americana. Além disso, muitas das ofertas apresentadas no menu sem carne do Hard Rock Café Porto podem ser adaptadas para agradar aos clientes veganos. A lista completa do menu vegetariano inclui:

· Southwest Rice bowl: Arroz integral e quinoa com tempero southwest, alho, citrinos, feijão preto, salsa de milho assado, pico de gallo, abacate e mescla de alfaces. Coberto com tiras de tortilha de milho crocantes e creme de tofu, alho e coentros.
· Sweet Potato & Black bean Taco: Tortilhas de milho recheadas com feijão preto picante, batata doce assada, guacamole, repolho e molho chili. Acompanhado com salada.
· Grilled Hummus Quesadilla: Tortilha de trigo grelhada com especiarias, recheada de hummus com ervas e alho, espinafres salteados, tomate seco e azeitonas pretas. Servido com molho de sriracha e acompanhado com salada.
· Grilled Ratatouille Wrap: Beringela e vegetais da época grelhados com maionese sriracha, azeite e rúcula envoltos numa tortilha de trigo grelhada, acompanhada com salada.
· Quinoa Brussel sprouts salad: Fresca mistura de pico de gallo, quinoa, sumo de limão  e coentros picados, com rúcula e couves de Bruxelas desfiadas, nozes pecans picantes, queijo feta e passas de arando envoltos com molho vinagrete de citrinos.
· Spinach Potato Chickpea Burger: Uma tortilha caseira feita de batata vermelha, espinafres, malagueta, coentros, grão de bico e especiarias, com rúcula, tomate, pepino e molho de iogurte. Servido em pão brioche e batatas fritas.

Os novos menus celebram o Mês da Consciência Vegetariana, que foi projetado para divulgar o vegetarianismo e os benefícios de uma dieta sem carne. A União Vegetariana Internacional encoraja indivíduos de todo o mundo a espalhar a palavra e a experimentar o estilo de vida vegetariano, numa ação que começou no Dia Mundial do Vegetarianismo, e se transformou numa celebração de um mês que envolve eventos e festividades educacionais.

PORTO, PORTUGAL, October 2, 2017 – For the third year in a row, Hard Rock is launching new offerings from its limited-time vegetarian menu, just in time for Vegetarian Awareness Month. Beginning on Monday, October 2 through Sunday, November 12, 2017, Hard Rock Cafe Porto will expand its legendary menu to serve up fresh and new vegetarian-friendly dishes. Items new to the menu include tangy Sweet Potato and Black Bean Tacos featuring spicy black beans and guacamole, a Southwest Rice Bowl filled with brown rice, quinoa and chipotle lime tofu, a refreshing Quinoa and Brussel Sprout Salad and a spicy Grilled Hummus Quesadilla.

We’re passionate about providing our guests with delicious food and with the success of last year’s vegetarian options, we’ve decided to expand the signature menu to include new culinary offerings sure to please a wide array of palates,” said Anibal Fernandez, Vice President of Franchise Operations for Hard Rock International. “This year, a few fan-favorite dishes have returned to the menu, in addition to new items that feature unique flavor combinations and garden-fresh ingredients.

Hard Rock Cafe Porto has added new meatless menu items that encompass the flavors of classic, all-American cuisine. Additionally, many of the offerings featured on Hard Rock Cafe Porto’s meatless menu can be prepared to accommodate vegan dietary requirements. A full list of the vegetarian menu includes:

· Quinoa and Brussel Sprout Salad (NEW) – a mix of fresh arugula, Pico de Quinoa and sautéed, shredded brussels sprouts served with feta cheese, craisins and spicy pecans drizzled with garlic lime vinaigrette
· Grilled Hummus Quesadilla (NEW) – a grilled, folded tortilla stuffed with Sriracha mayo, green hummus, sautéed spinach, sun dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives and Sriracha chili sauce
· Sweet Potato and Black Bean Tacos (NEW) – corn tortillas loaded with spicy black beans, roasted sweet potatoes, cabbage, spicy guacamole, Romano cheese and Sriracha chili sauce
· Southwest Rice Bowl (NEW) – a mix of brown rice, quinoa, southwest seasoning, avocado, Pico de Gallo, black bean and corn red pepper salsa, with chipotle lime tofu and citrus garlic dressing
· Grilled Ratatouille Wrap – grilled ratatouille vegetables topped with Sriracha mayonnaise, olive oil and baby arugula, served in a seasoned grilled flour tortilla with a side salad
· Spinach, Potato & Chickpea Burger – a house-made patty of red skin potatoes, spinach, chili peppers, cilantro, chickpeas and spices, topped with arugula, tomato, cucumber and a spiced yogurt sauce

The new menu items celebrate Vegetarian Awareness Month, which was designed to spread awareness of vegetarianism and the benefits of a meat-free diet. The International Vegetarian Union encourages individuals worldwide to spread the word and experience the vegetarian lifestyle. What began as World Vegetarian Day has blossomed into a month-long celebration that involves educational events and festivities.
